Lee’s areas of expertise include environmental planning and policy, environmental management, business development, quality assurance, marketing, design, construction, operation and maintenance of sewage infrastructure.  Lee’s primary professional focus is in infrastructure planning with the aim of creating sustainable communities through ecological strategies to minimise waste and pollution.
